CUCININO: ITALIAN COOKERY CLASSES FOR PASSIONATE HOME COOKS
SESSION 3: Discovering Puglia - Orecchiette alle Cime di Rapa & Tette delle Monache
DATE: Saturday 18 January 2020, 10am-1pm
FEES: 2,500 baht per person /session (Students 1,850 baht per person / session; Children 12 and under, accompanied by parents, 1,250 per child / session). Includes instruction, materials, lunch, a welcome coffee and a glass of bubbly to celebrate your creations!

We are sooo excited to be bringing you this unique collaboration between About Eatery and Arcadia Fine Foods - giving all you passionate home cooks out there the chance to learn Italian regional cookery alongside our very own food maestro, Chef Gabriele Tozzo Luna. .
Our third class takes us further into Southern Italy - to Puglia! We will be learning how to make the signature comfort dish of the region (and one of Gabriele's favourites): Orecchiete alle Cime di Rapa. The unique, ear-shaped pasta shall be made by hand from scratch, as usual - and prepared with tasty Italian greens common to the region. .
And, for dessert, we'll be trying our hand at the racy 'Tette delle Monache' (roughly translated as... 'nun's tits'.. You'll shortly see why... :D )
Included in the fees* are personal instruction, materials, a welcome coffee (because we know you'll need it on Saturday morning!), as well as a glass of bubbly to celebrate your delicious creations. And, of course, lunch made by your very own hands! :D
