One of our favourite house specialties: Strascinati.
From the word ‘strascinare’ or ‘to drag’ (look closely at the pasta shape to see why!) Strascinati is a unique pasta from Chef Gabriele’s home region of Basilicata in Southern Italy is made with 2 simple ingredients: semolina and water. But its texture is out of this world, offering a simple gentle resistance to the warmth of the @sloanesbkk Italian sausage meat and porcini ragu, cacio ricotta (cured ricotta from sheep’s cheese), refreshed with wild rocket and cherry tomatoes.
