It's memory: like when as a child I stole from my grandmother bits of dough to play under the table while she was making the real thing on Sunday to eat.
It's passion: like when I took a train to go and learn all its secrets from the master of the carbonara in Rome
It's love: like the eyes of my beloved after she tasted my pasta for the first time
It's emotion: like when, after so many years, I still feel the same emotion in preparing good pasta.
