A new dish on the menu 👉 Smoked Duck Salad 🥗
Layered salad where the base is wild rocket, confit cherry tomato and organic avocado. The second layer is thin slices of cured duck breast and the upper layer is fresh Italian black truffle.
For the finish, it's smoked with Mediterranean herbs and closed with a cloche. A special dish that will surprise your taste buds!
