Beetroot Ravioli 🍝 One of our many vegetarian dishes!
This Ravioli is filled with fresh ricotta cheese and organic beetroot puree.
The sauce is a pesto alla genovese, completed with pine nuts, shaved parmigiano-reggiano and a colourful cubed beetroot. Full of flavours, creamy, crunchy, savory and sweet!
